A Bit About Me

I am Aritro Majumdar, and I am a project management leader helping teams communicate and work more productively through the Scrum method.

I love this method of project management because it’s so effective, and creates such happy and strong teams. I’m a great listener and very empathetic, and I don’t have a large ego. I seek to give team members a voice, to understand why they hold the opinions they do, and how they best fit into the team for the success of all.

I originally learned Scrum while working as a team lead at ASU’s Luminosity Lab, but I really cut my teeth on this method when I spun out my own project called Rayo and ran Scrum with 3 teams simultaneously. Then, right after graduating with a B.S. in Mathematics, I received my Scrum certification and began consulting for nonprofits and other clients.

I’m looking for my next opportunity to lead a scrum team in-house or on a consulting basis. Shoot me an email at me@aritrom.com if you’d like to explore working together.
